Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to Pure Connectt are non-refundable, except in specific cases. Refunds will only be considered for technical errors or issues directly attributable to Pure Connectt’s systems.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Refunds are applicable only if the service or feature was not delivered as promised due to technical reasons or if the user was double-charged due to system errors.

Refunds will not be processed for cases such as a change of mind after the subscription or service purchase, partial use of a service or subscription, or dissatisfaction with the service unless it pertains to a technical issue.

To request a refund, users must email support@pureconnectt.com with the payment receipt and details of the issue. Pure Connectt will review the request within 10 business days and notify the user of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Pure Connectt reserves the right to update or modify the refund policy at its discretion. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
